Government Integration

 

One of our plans is to work along with the Transition Assistance Program in order to help integrate military service veterans, retirees, and members of the Reserves and National Guards into UAS and UAV business across America. We seek to incorporate military service members, veterans and retirees into the UAS Recruit culture through outreach and professional development. Its key goals include:

 

• Facilitating the retention and advancement of employees with military backgrounds 

• Enhancing the knowledge base of employees with non-military backgrounds about military and defense contracts.

• Assisting military service members, veterans and retirees with transition from the military to a corporate, collaborative culture 

• Providing a venue to share professional development best practices
