What is UAS Recruit?

 

UAS RECRUIT is a public-private partnership between Corpnet, Inc. (a management and technology consulting firm and defense contractor to government.) and Nevada Partners, Inc. (a community-based, nonprofit agency with the mission to build a healthy, sustainable community) with the intention to make an adaptable workforce for the emerging industry of UASs and UAVs.

 

We will change the dynamics of human resources based on emerging markets creating a new industry for UAS/UAVs. In the 1990s the technology boom advanced the world, however corporate America and the government went about the workforce in the wrong way. They replaced their experienced industry people with IT people. The problem was the IT people wasn’t experienced with industry. We believe it will benefit the company more if you train your industry people.
